What type of staff does MME provide?

Depending on availability and the requirements of the placement, we can provide Healthcare Assistants, Care Assistants, Support Workers, Supported Living Workers, Live-in Carers and Domiciliary Carers.

What types of organisations can work with MME?

We work with suitable care homes, residential services, supported living providers, domiciliary care organisations and other health and social care organisations.

Yes. We support appropriate temporary staffing requirements depending on the role, location, availability and suitability of workers.

Yes. We support Live-in Care staffing requirements where suitable professionals are available.

Yes. We provide staffing support to domiciliary care providers where suitable workers are available.

Workers go through an appropriate recruitment and compliance process based on their role and the requirements of the placement.

The appropriate DBS requirements depend on the role and circumstances. Where an enhanced DBS check is required, this will form part of the recruitment and compliance process.

This can vary according to your role. You may be asked to provide identification, right-to-work documentation, employment history, references, DBS information, qualifications and training records.

Where flexible opportunities are available, registered professionals may be considered for roles that match their availability and suitability.
